Located in Downtown Nashville, the Noel Place building and was constructed in 1929 to serve as a hotel. In 1972 it was converted into a bank, then in the early 1980’s an office building. In 2016 C.O. Christian & Sons was selected to provide our electrical services for their full building renovation and 39,000 sq. ft. rooftop addition to reconvert the building into a hotel.

Previously serving as a Lowe’s, the building was repurposed to fit 46 classrooms, 6 labs, an elevated indoor track, a full gym, and kitchen areas. This building now connects to Valor Flagship Middle School where C.O. Christian also served as the electrical contractor and engineer.

The Advance Auto Parts 460,000 square foot distribution center in Lavergne, TN was completed in 2017 and is responsible for distributing parts and logistic services throughout the southeast.
C.O. Christian and Sons installed a new 300 amp service and re-fed an existing 2000 amp service to provide power throughout the warehouse. This building is now equipped with one 70 kW Emergency Generator, a 250 Amp Transfer Switch, Two Generator Docking Stations, and two Manual Transfer Switches. Also installed all power connections to the HVAC equipment, the fire alarm system, approximately 480 light fixtures and roughed-in all low voltage systems.
